Spring Summer 2019.
In 2019, Freeport Braintree rebranded as Braintree Village — a full transformation of the business, led by ICG Brandbuilders. As part of that rebrand, they wanted their TV advertising to reflect their new identity. Rather than leading with the destination, they wanted a fashion-forward TV commercial that put the clothes, the style, and the feeling of the brand front and centre. That's where we came in.


Finding the right location for a fashion-led TV ad shoot is everything. We needed somewhere in Essex that felt boutique, characterful, and visually distinctive - somewhere that could hold its own alongside the product. After scouting several of the region's prettiest villages, we settled on Coggeshall. Its colourful storefronts and charming cottages made for the perfect backdrop, giving the fashion content exactly the kind of authentic, aspirational setting it needed.






On an unseasonably sunny February day, we got to work - making sure that everythhing felt light, fresh, and authentically fashion-led. Working closely with the Braintree Village team on location, we captured lifestyle-focused content that felt natural rather than staged. In post-production, the Braintree Village brand motif was integrated across the edit to bring the TVC fully in line with the wider rebrand campaign.
